Real food, big flavor, and a very busy life.
I was born and raised in South Jersey, and I have always loved big flavor. I ran a lunch truck for seven years, and I have been making my own dips and dressings for as long as I can remember. I gave those recipes away a thousand times before I finally decided to package them.
In 2006, a health scare changed the way I look at everything we eat and breathe. I started reading labels, and I still do not understand why a simple dip needs ingredients you cannot pronounce. So mine have only herbs and spices. That is it.
I'm worried we're raising a generation of kids who don't know what real food tastes like. It's time to bring back the simple goodness of real food.
